One of the hardest things to endure is a crushed spirit God knows this that’s why in his word it says in Proverbs 18:14, “A man’s spirit will endure sickness, but a crushed spirit who can bear it.”

In a storm, on a boat, on his way to Rome, Paul’s leadership was blessed by the Spirit of God. In Acts 27 Paul begged the people in charge, the Centurion and the captain of the ship to avoid the storm. But they ignored prisoner Paul. But for Paul God’s hope abounded, God had appeared to him and said “God has granted you all those who sail with you.”
