Plague after plague rained down on Egypt. God made it obvious; He was the God of the Hebrews. His judgment released upon the Egyptian gods and their worshipers, and the Israelite people were saved. Still, Pharaoh would not soften his stance, and instead hardened his heart. God respected his decision, hardening his heart for him. Like an immovable stone, Pharaoh's mind was made. He would not let the people go.

Welcome to our Tuesday Night Through the Bible Series. Right now, we're in the book of Exodus and will look at chapters 10 and 11 in this session. As we begin in Exodus 10, we are dropping into the tail end of the plague series that God brought upon Pharaoh and Egypt, and we will be looking at the eighth and ninth plagues.

God is greater than all gods. No one can compete with God. No ideology, no man, no movement, no religion, no god of our making. No goal or mindset or mentality that is contrary to him is greater than him. God is the greatest. This is the sentiment that we should come away with in studying Exodus chapter seven through 13. When looking at the plagues that God unleashed upon ancient Egypt in order to deliver his people, Israel, from their captivity and from their slavery. So today we're going to begin, actually, looking at God delivering these plagues upon Egypt through his man, Moses
